Returns and Refunds

At BlueMonk we value your satisfaction and want to ensure you have a hassle-free shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

 

Returns

You have 30 days from the date of receiving your order to initiate a return for eligible products. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging. Some items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or safety reasons, and this will be clearly stated on the product page.

 To initiate a return:

Contact our Customer Support: Please get in touch with our friendly customer support team via info@bluemonk.com to initiate the return process. Be sure to provide your order number and the reason for your return.

Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to proceed with the return.

Pack and Ship: Pack your item securely, including all original accessories and documents. Clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the package. You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Inspection and Refund: After receiving your return, our team will inspect the item. If it meets our return criteria, we will process your refund within [X] business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original payment method within 30 days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

 

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, please follow the return process, and then place a new order for the desired item.

  

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact our Customer Support team as soon as possible. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled, and the standard return process will apply.
